One of my favorite dressings and it is so easy to make.
I substituted Truvia for the sugar and there is no difference in taste.
Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar OR 1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Truvia
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the ingredients and shake well.
So refreshing on a hot summer day.
