Healthy Popsicles



Summer is officially here and for those that have youngsters around here is a healthy alternative to the sugary popsicles.






3 Ingredient Popsicles

Pineapple Blueberry

1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple slices
1 cup water
(if your fruit isnt sweet add 1 Tablespoon honey)
Popsicle mold  OR small 3 ounce Paper cups

Combine all ingredients in a blender and beat until fully liquified.   Pour mixture into the mold 3/4  of the way full 

Freeze for 6 hours or overnight



Strawberry Banana

8 large strawberries
1 large banana
1 cup pineapple juice

Same directions as above.
